I’m a graphic designer, illustrator, editor, and marketing professional, as well as a published novelist, a runner, a recovering New Englander, a middling rock climber and an amateur ballerina. Here is my résumé lite:

I hold a BFA in Graphic Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and earned SHRM People Management certification in 2021.
Experience
I’ve worked for more than a decade as an in-house designer and illustrator on both print and digital projects, most recently for mission-driven nonprofits in Eugene, Oregon, including the YMCA and an organization that supports organic food systems. I started my career at a Boston wellness publishing company, working on a variety of projects for the healthcare, hospital, and insurance sectors, including magazines, newsletters, brochures, mailers, event programs, custom calendars, guidebooks, and much more. My freelance projects have included book covers, ebook formatting, print book page layout, logos, fliers, postcards, invitations, business cards, newsletters, conference programs, and more. In addition, I worked for nearly a decade as a published author for Penguin Random House, Harlequin, and others.
